My fiancée Claire and I both grew up in Northern Virginia (Claire in Fairfax County, myself in Prince William County) and we met at Virginia Tech. After several years out of state, we recently moved back in October 2025 to buy and run a business here. We are looking to own & operate one local business in Northern Virginia or the broader DMV. We are not seeking an absentee or passive ownership opportunity and we're not a fund or rolling anything up. Our goal is to own it, work in it every day, and keep it local.
About Jordan
I spent six years at a venture-backed software company in the climate-tech space, starting on utility-scale solar job sites running field crews and working my way into sales and commercial operations. There I built and trained our sales team and was most recently responsible for $1.5M a year in new business. Building relationships with customers and growing teams is the work I like most.
About Claire
Claire started in field and event marketing at a vehicle rental startup, then moved into project management, first running the warranty program at Shoals Technologies and now at an electrical transformer manufacturer. She's happiest keeping projects organized, making sure nothing falls through the cracks and that the work gets done right.

We're self-funded, pre-qualified for financing, and have a deal team in place. We are prepared to move quickly if the fit is right.
